Voctera's Feedback API supports a Basic Authorization flow using a unique Auth Key. This key is generated for each workspace, adding an additional layer of security to the integration process. By implementing such authentication measures, we ensure that only legitimate users can interact with the API.

Recognizing the importance of maintaining a balanced load, each endpoint in the Feedback API comes with rate limiting. In the event of exceeding these limits, Voctera responds with a HTTP 429 Too Many Requests response code, preventing any undue strain on the system.
